The 1972 Rooftop Bar is right by the poolside where you can order up a cocktail. Unwind and enjoy the city skyline, which is especially pretty at night, while sipping on a Manhattan ($24) or the foolproof Pisco Sour ($24).

2. Shangri-La Singapore – Themed kids pool with slides

Shangri-La Singapore will be a hit with the kids, with 6 unique play pools for children of all ages. You’ll find them running to Splash Zone, an outdoor water play facility decked with aquatic amenities and 6 water play areas such as slides, lazy rivers, and even a pirate ship.

There’s also a shallow pool with water cannons and jets shooting up from the ground – for those who aren’t so confident in their swimming abilities just yet.
